Harry Zhang

Dr. Harry Zhang is principal engineer and industrial water resources lead with CH2M HILL, where he consults on water quality and water resource issues for industrial, municipal and federal projects. Dr. Zhang is the Chair of Hydrology & Watershed Management Committee at American Water Resources Association. Dr. Zhang was a lead speaker at 2007 National Nutrient TMDL Workshops sponsored by WEF and USEPA. Dr. Zhang is Associate Editor for Sustainability at Journal of Water Science & Technology by IWA. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and is a registered professional engineer in Virginia.
