Alain Mailhot

Dr. Alain Mailhot is professor at the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique, Centre Eau, Terre et Environnement since 2002. Professor Mailhot research interests include urban hydrology, statistical analysis of extreme events, uncertainty analysis, urban infrastructures and impact and adaptation of urban water systems to climate change. His team recently realized a number of projects related to impact and adaptation of stromwater management systems to climate change and the design of urban infrastructures in a context of evolving climate. He is also involved in a number of studies dealing with the analysis of intense rainfall series simulated by climate models.
