During the first and second days of the conference, that is, on Monday and Tuesday; two major poster sessions will take place in the Blizzard room from 15:00 to 17:15. Posters will be displayed for one day and organized by themes (see Technical program) according to the day’s ongoing parallel sessions and workshops. To maximize interaction among participants during the poster sessions, a series of twenty 2-minute-long flash presentations will be shown on a monitor located in an identified area of the room with available seating.
The poster sessions are not in conflict with any other conference activities so all attendees can actively participate and network. A cash bar and canapés will be available during these events.
The best YWP-Student poster and YWP-Student oral presentation, as selected by a jury, will be awarded at the end of the conference.
Note that Monday and Tuesday afternoon coffee breaks will take place in the Blizzard room, immediately prior to the poster sessions.
