To Register to the Optional Activities and Evening Program:

  • Print the Registration Form (PDF format)
  • Indicate your activity choice(s)
  • Fill up the “Reservation and payment” section
  • Fax back your form as indicated to Octopus DMC (Fax.: 418-650-2150)

To register and take advantage of the indicated prices, reservations must be received before August 13th 2010.
